سُورَةُ الرَّحۡمَٰن — continued
رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ١٧ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ١٨ مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ١٩ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌۭ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ٢٠ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٢١ يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ٢٢ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٢٣ وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَٰمِ٢٤ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٢٥ كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍۢ٢٦ وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ٢٧ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٢٨ يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍۢ٢٩ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٣٠ سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ٣١ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٣٢ يَٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَٰنٍۢ٣٣ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٣٤ يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌۭ مِّن نَّارٍۢ وَنُحَاسٌۭ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ٣٥ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٣٦ فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةًۭ كَٱلدِّهَانِ٣٧ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٣٨ فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌۭ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ٣٩ فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ٤٠

﴿ ٥٣٢ ﴾

Translation, verse by verse
  1. 55:17

    [He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets.

  2. 55:18

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  3. 55:19

    He released the two seas, meeting [side by side];

  4. 55:20

    Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses.

  5. 55:21

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  6. 55:22

    From both of them emerge pearl and coral.

  7. 55:23

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  8. 55:24

    And to Him belong the ships [with sails] elevated in the sea like mountains.

  9. 55:25

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  10. 55:26

    Everyone upon the earth will perish,

  11. 55:27

    And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

  12. 55:28

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  13. 55:29

    Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter.

  14. 55:30

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  15. 55:31

    We will attend to you, O prominent beings.

  16. 55:32

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  17. 55:33

    O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah].

  18. 55:34

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  19. 55:35

    There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves.

  20. 55:36

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

  21. 55:37

    And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil -

  22. 55:38

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

  23. 55:39

    Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn.

  24. 55:40

    So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
